Easter card with bunnies

I can’t believe March is starting at the end of this week.  I am ready for Spring.  I see buds on my trees and schrubs. My crocus is blooming and is nice to see with everything so bare.

So I decided to make a nice Easter card with bunnies.  I am using the Storybook Moments Designer paper for this card. Read More for Instrutions.

I started with a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock and added a piece of the cute cottage designer paper.

Then I cut out of the frames, the orange one.  I took my paper snips and cut the outline of the frame, which allows you to see more of the cottage background paper.

I used the Nested Essential Dies and took the second smallest and cut a piece of Basic Beige to put on top of the inside of the frame.  I needed something solid, so my bunnies wouldn’t look so busy on the background paper.  White was too bright, so the Beige looked better.
I fussy cut the two bunnies out of the paper and popped them up with dimensionals.

I used the saying from the Greetings For All Ephemera pack.  I took my light Calypso Coral blend marker and colored the saying, since the background was in white.  I popped it up at the top right of the card.

Lastly, I added the 2024-2026 In color Shimmer Gems to the card.

I love how this card turned out.  It’s very different from other Easter cards I have made in the past.  It was all made from paper and there was no stamping involved.  Of course you can always stamp the inside of the card with a sentiment.

You can still purchase with me @Stampfunatics.com, this paper # 164662.  It has so many cute punch out animals and great designer paper.
The saying is #164862.  I have used this quite a bit, when I need a saying fast and don’t have to look through my stamps to find it.

I hope you like it.
