I have a fun Easter card for you today. Yes, it’s early, but Easter is April 9th this year and I wanted to start early getting ready and this adorable bunny is just hopping into my hands.
I am using the new Easter Bunny bundle in our new Mini catalog and the Designer paper is from Country Gingham. I used my bunny punch to punch out the bunny for this card, which made it fast and easy. No coloring involved. I saved the coloring for the eggs. Read More for Instructions and Supplies
Instructions: Cut Mini Macaron cardstock 5-1/2″ X 8-1/2″ and score at 4-1/4″.
Cut Basic Black 4″ X 5-1/4″
Cut Designer paper 3-3/4″ X 5″.
Stamp the saying in Black Memento to the bottom of the designer piece.
Glue all pieces together.
Punch the bunny out of the top section of the designer paper.
Stamp the bunny on the punched piece in Black Memento ink.
Die Cut a piece of white out of the Scalloped Contour dies.
Stamp the grass in Mint Macaron ink.
Stamp the butterfly in Black Memento ink and color with Highland Heather and So Saffron marker.
Stamp the eggs on the grass with Black Memento ink and color with the Blend markers.
Attach the bunny to the top of the grass with dimensionals.
Add the scalloped piece to the designer paper with dimensionals and make sure to cover where you punched out the bunny.
Add the Opal Rounds to the top right.
