I made a birthday card for a friend using this set and his wife asked, “What was a yeti?” She only knew it as a cooler. I explained he was an abominable snowman. A/K/A Yeti.
The Yeti to Party set, #159826, comes with cute accessories. There are snowflake stamps, a cup of cocoa, or coffee, ice cream cone, a Christmas tree, presents, a bird and a banner. Instructions: Cut Garden Green cardstock 5-1/2″ X 8-1/2″ and score at 4-1/4″.
Cut white piece 4″ X 5-1/4″. Emboss with the Whimsical Woodland folder. Glue to the card base.
Cut background tree dies in Garden Green and the front of the tree dies in Basic White.
Use your silicone mat and spread some liquid glue on it. Drag the white tree cutout through the glue and add it to the green tree background.
Stamp the yeti, mug, present, mountains and saying on white cardstock with black Memento ink.
Color the edge of the yeti with Balmy Blue ink and use the color lifter to lighten it around the edge.
Color the mug in Balmy Blue and the inside in Lt Crumb Cake.
Color the mountains in Lt. Gray Granite and the present half in Poppy and half in Shaded Spruce. Only color the inside edge in Shaded Spruce and the rest in Soft Succulent. Shade them together. Color the bows as seen.
Use paper snips to cut out the yeti, mug, mountains and present.
Add the largest tree first with glue.
Add the yeti with Dimensionals.
Add the largest mountain with glue and add a dimensional to the smaller one and add behind the yeti.
Add the cup and present with dimensionals and the mini dimensionals.
Add the middle size tree with glue and the smallest one with a dimensional overlapping the other tree.
Add the adhesive backed stars.
Use your Wink of Stella to the top of the mountains, the white of the trees and the coffee mug.
Use your paper snips to cut out the saying and attach with mini dimensionals.
