While we have time at home, let’s get some birthday cards made. I have just the set to make you smile. This is one of the cards my Club Class was making this month. Even though I will not be hosting person to person cards for a few months, I can still show you how to make them in your own home.
I am using the Bonanza Buddies Stamps, Dies and Designer paper. I have made a fancy fold card for you today. The picture doesn’t do it justice. Read on for Instructions and Supplies.
Instructions: Cut Bermuda Bay 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″
Cut Designer Paper 4″ X 5-1/4″ and glue to the Bermuda piece.
Cut another Bermuda Bay piece 3″ X 4-1/2″.
Cut White piece 4-1/4″ X 5-1/2″ and score at 2-3/4″. Cut 1/2″ off one side in the front.
Stamp the front with Bermuda Blend, Daffodil Delight and Grapefruit Grove ink. Stamp the balloons in the same color and the strings in Memento ink.
Cut out a Toucan from the designer paper with the matching die and attach with a dimensional. Stamp the hat in Bermuda Bay ink on white and cut out with matching die. attach with a glue dot. Add a pom pom to the top of the hat with a glue dot.
Stamp Happy Birthday in Bermuda Bay ink.
Cut a piece of Designer paper 1/2″ X 4-1/4″ and glue to the right side of the folded piece inside. Stamp the saying inside the card in
Bermuda Bay ink. Use dimensionals and attach to the card base.
