Instructions:
Stamp all Elves in Black Memento Ink
Color with Blends.
Cut shapes out using dies.
Use Snowfall Accents Puff Paint on the pom pom and set with heat tool.
Use Wink of Stella on sitting elf.
Add Rhinestones to sitting elf.
Use Shimmery Crystal Effects to Stocking Elf. Use on bell on hat, brim of hat and top of stocking.
Stamp sayings and To/From in Real Red ink.
Add ribbon to the back of tags and then add To/From piece.
